Last Knights is directed by Japanese Filmmaker Kazuaki Kiriya whose made only 2 films before this both live action adaptations of Casshern and Goemon anime. Until today it was a film we knew nothing about until today. The film also stars Morgan Freeman as Bartok the dishonoured master of Raiden (Owen) who must raise an army to win his master’s honor back.It’s Kiriya’s English language directorial feature debut but also marks his first film using proper sets and locations as his previous films have been green screens. It looks a nicer little filler for those waiting for their Game Of Thrones Fix.

Last Knights has an international cast including the brilliant Cliff Curtis, Shohreh Aghdashloo (Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters),Aksel Hennie (Headhunters), Ahn Sung-ki (The Tower) and Giorgio Caputo. Signature Entertainment are releasing the film in UK&Ireland 17th April in cinemas and On Demand.
