Searchlight Pictures have released the official UK Trailer for Raine Allen-Miller‘s debut feature Rye Lane. When young singletons reeling from bad break-ups connect, let’s see what happens!

Last month Searchlight revealed the film will be making it’s world premiere at Sundance Film Festival later this month. Today we get a glimpse at the first trailer that takes us into the heart of southern London. Vivian Oparah (The Rebel) and David Jonsson (Deep State) stars as our young lovers, all about celebrating meeting the right person at the wrong time.

The playful, vibrant romantic comedy about Yas and dom. twenty somethings who connect over a eventful day in Peckham, South London, both helping each other after a bad break up. Could these broken hearts restore faith in love, possibly start a new one?

From breakout director Raine Allen-Miller, RYE LANE is a romantic comedy that stars Vivian Oparah (Class, The Rebel) and David Jonsson (Industry, Deep State), as Yas and Dom, two twenty-somethings both reeling from bad break-ups, who connect over the course of an eventful day in South London – helping each other deal with their nightmare exes, and potentially restoring their faith in romance.

Rye Lane will make it’s world premiere at Sundance Film Festival on 24th January. Searchlight Pictures will release the film in the UK and Irish cinemas from 17th March. If you live in the U.S you can see the film on Hulu from 31st March.
