Watch New Clips For Roman J. Israel, ESQ. Starring Denzil Washington
The weekend is here and the favourite time of the week when cinephiles check the press, study the listings for this week’s new releases. If Gerard Butler’s heist thriller Den Of Thieves is not your thing maybe Roman J.Israel, Esq. might do the trick. Starring Denzil Washington as a disillusioned lawyer in an exististanal crisis. But like any lawyer, they crave justice and for Roman, if it means breaking the law he’ll do it.
To celebrate today’s release Sony Pictures have sent us a host of brand new clips which give us a nice taste of what we can expect. The footage also suggests Roman is no ordinary Lawyer, as he’s not scared to go to the extreme to win.

Roman J. Israel, Esq. is a dramatic thriller set in the underbelly of the overburdened Los Angeles criminal court system. Denzel Washington stars as a driven, idealistic defence attorney whose life is upended when a turbulent series of events challenge the activism that has defined his career. Colin Farrell co-stars as the ambitious, moneyed lawyer who recruits Roman to his firm.
Roman.J Israel is in UK and Irish cinemas from today 2nd February.
