Watch Behind The Scenes Ballerina Featurette

We’re already missing John Wick and frustrating if they’ll be a fifth film or not. Next summer get your John Wick fix with Ballerina and we have an extended behind the scenes Featurette!

Lionsgate Films latest 3 minute promo may go behind the scenes, it also teases new unseen footage. The first thing this Featurette does do, reminds us this is NOT a female John Wick. The comment comes from the director Len Wiseman, it’s a spin-off film that is set in John’s world and the promo shows Keanu Reeves will in this.

Ballerina is set between the 3rd and 4th films, Eva Macarro (Ana de Armas) becomes a assassin in the shape of the Ruska Romas. For one purpose to revenge the murder of her family.

The action we do see looks pretty awesome, basically what we expect from this franchise. The flamethrower tease will go down well, most of all a better look at Eve’s training. Fans of the franchise will might shed a tear as we get a scene which has the late Lance Reddick.

Taking place during the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, the film follows Eve Macarro (Ana de Armas) who is beginning her training in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma.

Ballerina arrives in UK, Irish and US cinemas from 6th June 2025. It will also star Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, with Ian McShane plus Keanu Reeves.
