Watch Awesome Tokyo Olympics 2020 Anime Short!

Just over one year’s time Tokyo will host the 2020 Olympic Games. The committee responsible for for promotion campaign has kicked off, with a awesome Anime short.

It’s no surprise they have went for Anime style promotion, a animation style that has made the nation famous worldwide. The promo shows off one of the Olympic mascots, Miraitowa a cat like creature (Smoeity the female mascot). He takes on journey around the City of Tokyo including the rural parts. The little mascot is also taking part in some of the events we can look forward too as well. The video also goes as far as showing the mascots were designed by school children.

When it comes to creativity in anything, The Japanese always outdo themselves. Never going over the top, but delivering excitement and curiosity. Approved by the Tokyo Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency), has created Gundam Models they will launch into space!

The Gunpla models will receives messages that they’ll receive and transmit during the games. The models (measuring 4 x 4 x 11.8 inches ) will be painted over with a special resin. This will protect them hopefully from spaces harsh conditions whilst greetings messages, cameras be on the models.
