Us vs. Them In UK Trailer For Robin And The Hoods Family Adventure

Sky Cinema have a film for the kids to enjoy this Summer, fantasy adventure Robin And The Hoods. Today check out the UK Trailer, which reminds us, it’s us vs. them!

Playtime begins at the end of the month from Television/ short filmmaker Phil Hawkins and starring Darcey Ewart as Robin. In Robin And The Hoods she is a bright eyed 11 year old girl whose ‘magical kingdom’ is under threat from a property developer. When her parents are not convinced and those from her Hoods aren’t either, Robin must take the matters into her own hands.

This is one for the kids, if they love the likes of The Kid Who Would Be King, they are in good company.

Fired by her imagination, ROBIN is the bright-eyed leader of a group of kids, the Hoods, who love to play fantasy games on a patch of land they nickname The Kingdom. While their biggest concern is a rival gang looking to take over their domain, things get serious when plans emerge to develop the area that’s their playground into a new leisure facility for the town. Faced with the ruthless spokesperson CLIPBOARD, Robin and her friends must find a way to save their play area before it’s too late.

The film also stars Naomie Harris, Gwendoline Christie, Mark Williams, Bruno Edgington-Gibson, Gloria Ishikawa, Dexter Sol Ansell, Eddison Burch, Tom Goodman-Hill, and Christine Bottomley.

Robin And The Hoods will be released on Sky Cinema in the UK and Ireland from 26th July.
