Trust No One In Marlowe UK Trailer Starring Liam Neeson

He’s the man with that particular ‘set of skills’, next month Liam Neeson he’ll be using them again in Marlowe. Neal Jordan‘s Noir crime thriller will mark the Irishman’s 100th film and today Sky reveal the UK Trailer.

Written by Oscar winning writer William Monahan (The Departed),Marlowe is set In late 1930s noir-LA. . Neeson is Philip Marlowe, his private detective business and loneliness is taking its toll on him. When a beautiful blonde arrives and asks him to find her ex-lover, which proves to be just a small part in a bigger mystery.

Nothing seems to stop Liam Neeson having a ball playing a private Dick. Instead fists, he has to use his detective skills in a genre we don’t see much off these days. You can see it wants to be Chinatown, will never reach to scary heights that classic Noir got too. Netherless looks a fun pic.

Set in the elegant era of the late 1930s, this neo-noir crime thriller brings Old Hollywood to life as the film follows a private detective Phillip Marlowe (Neeson) who is hired to find the ex-lover of a glamourous heiress (Kruger). It looks an open and shut case, but Marlowe (Neeson) soon finds himself in the underbelly of Hollywood’s film industry and unwittingly drawn into the crossfire of a legendary Hollywood actress (Lange) and her subversive, ambitious daughter (Kruger).

Neeson will also be ed by Diane Kruger, Jessica Lange, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Colm Meaney, Ian Hart, Danny Huston, and Alan Cumming.

Marlowe is a Sky Original film which will be released in UK cinemas and on Sky Cinema on 17th March. The film will also be available on streaming service NOW.
