The Four Weddings And A Funeral Cast Back For Red Nose Day Special

Love will be all around once again in March when the original cast of Four Weddings And A Funeral return for a one off special. The special will be for Red Nose Day will premiere exclusively during Red Nose Day 2019 on BBC One.
It’s not a full film but a short film, which will be called One Red Nose Day And A Funeral. The short film will reunite the cast of Four Weddings and a Funeral for the first time in 25 years.

Richard Curtis, who wrote the original film and is the co-founder of Red Nose Day, has written the short especially for the 2019 edition of Red Nose Day.
One Red Nose Day And A Wedding will feature original Four Weddings cast Hugh Grant, Andie MacDowell, Kristin Scott Thomas, John Hannah, Rowan Atkinson, James Fleet, David Haig, Sophie Thompson, David Bower, Robin McCaffrey, Anna Chancellor, Rupert Vansittart, Simon Kunz, Sara Crowe and Timothy Walker. They will be ed in the short film by some very special guest stars.
Four Weddings director Mike Newell is returning to direct this new instalment, which picks up 25 years after the original film.
One Red Nose Day And A Wedding follows up the success of the Love Actually short that premiered during Red Nose Day’s 2017 edition.
There is very few romcoms that very few cinephiles would love to see a long over due sequel suchs as Mike Newell‘s film. This is only a one off film, but as we say, never say never!
One Red Nose Day And A Wedding will premiere exclusively during Red Nose Day 2019 on BBC One on Friday, 15th March. It will also feature as part of NBC’s programming for Red Nose Day USA on Thursday, 23rd May.
