Studio Ghibli’s Spirited Away Back In Cinemas For Christmas!

After the recent re-release of My Neighbour Totoro, the Elysian Film Group are set to bring Spirited Away back to UK cinemas in Christmas!
We can never tired watching Studio Ghibli films on the big screens, over and over. Hayao Miyazaki‘s award winning animation is magical and perfect tonic for the Boxing Day blues whatever your age.
Spirited Away follows 10 Year old Chihiro, who is with her parents as they drive to their new home. Enroute they decide to take a pit stop at a abandoned village, which transforms her parents and herself pushed into a world of spirits. Working at a bath house for spirits and use her wits to survive and escape to return home.
Studio Ghibli films need no introduction, a rare treat to ire some of the great animated films on the biggest screen possible.

Chihiro’s family is moving to a new house, but when they stop on the way to explore an abandoned village, her parents undergo a mysterious transformation and Chihiro is whisked into a world of fantastic spirits ruled over by the sorceress Yubaba. Spirited Away will be released in UK and Irish cinemas from 26th December, aka Boxing Day.
