First Trailer For Sundance Film Festival Hit Sorry Baby

A24 has released the first trailer for Sorry, Baby – a big hit at this year’s Sundance Film Festival – and you can watch it below!
Marking the feature debut of writer-director Eva Victor, who also stars, the film’s logline is as follows: Something bad happened to Agnes. But life goes on … for everyone around her, at least.
From Deadline:
Agnes is said to be a college professor still coping with an incident of sexual assault that took place three years ago on her current campus, when she was a grad student. Highlights of the trailer include the character reconnecting with close friend Lydie (Naomi Ackie) and sparking up a romance with Gavin, a character played by Manchester by the Sea‘s Lucas Hedges.
Sorry, Baby sold to A24 for close to $8 million following its Sundance debut and is set to close out the Cannes Directors’ Fortnight section this summer. John Carroll Lynch, Louis Cancelmi, and Kelly McCormack, the film is produced by Adele Romanski, Mark Ceryak, and Barry Jenkins.
A24 continues to surge in the cinemas with a plethora of new films this year: The Legend of Ochi, Friendship, Bring Her Back, Materialists Eddington, The Smashing Machine, and Marty Supreme.
Sorry, Baby is due for release in the US on June 27th with a UK release TBC.
