After months of seeing U.S TWD fans about The Walking Dead: Dead City, Sky today tease UK and Irish fans. The long-awaited Season 2 is set to premiere on Sky and Now TV from June with 2 episodes!

Most of 2024 must have been tough for fans as they waited for news on the new season. The North American fans enjoying what they can expect with ‘a trailer’ arriving via New York Comic Con. Some of what they got could be ‘spoilers’ with a certain potential ‘reuniting’.

Lauren Cohan return as Negan and Maggie continue the fight. But whose fight will it be for? Negan to take over the status quo or Maggie and her son trying to survive?

The teasing continues with a 2-minute Teaser which we see a walker about to stop ‘walking’. But who are the mysterious cloaked duo and have they got an answer to resource? One we weed!?

Synopsis:

The Walking Dead: Dead City follows the popular Maggie (Cohan) and Negan (Morgan) characters travelling into a post-apocalyptic Manhattan, long ago cut off from the mainland. The crumbling city is filled with the dead and denizens who have made New York City their own world full of anarchy, danger, beauty, and terror.

In season two, in the growing war for control of Manhattan, Maggie and Negan find themselves trapped on opposite sides. As their paths intertwine, they come to see that the way out for both is more complicated and harrowing than they ever imagined.

The series also stars Gaius Charles, Zeljko Ivanek, Mahina Anne Marie Napoleon, Lisa Emery, Logan Kim, Dascha Polanco, and Kim Coates, amongst others.
