Raya And The Last Dragon First Trailer 'Will Restore Peace'

To restore peace you need a dragon and in the official first UK Trailer for Raya And The Last Dragon , as the search for the dragon starts! Disney Animation have unearthed a gorgeous action packed fantasy adventure which happens also to be an original film!

The film follows the Studios continuation of female lead animated features (Frozen, Mulan). Raya also marks the studios first casting of an actor of South East Asian decent with Star Wars star Kelly Marie Tran.

The film set on a fictional fantasy land called Kumandra, follows a fearless warrior (Tran) as she seeks to save the realm from evil forces, by finding the ‘last dragon’.

Wow this looks luscious, from the design to the choregraphed fight scenes. An Indiana Jones intro to mythology to the ambiance, this looks like we may have a fantastic film on the cards.

Long ago, in the fantasy world of Kumandra, humans and dragons lived together in harmony. But when an evil force threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, that same evil has returned and it’s up to a lone warrior, Raya, to track down the legendary last dragon to restore the fractured land and its divided people. However, along her journey, she’ll learn that it’ll take more than a dragon to save the world—it’s going to take trust and teamwork as well.
