Predator: Killer Of Killers Trailer: First Look At Animated Predator Film

20th Century Studios and Hulu have debuted the first trailer for their animated Predator film – named Predator: Killer of Killers – which you can watch below!
This is the year the big bad alien with two films being released after the success of Prey in 2022. Predator: Killer of Killers debuts first and is the first animated take on the character before another live-action version arrives later this year.
The new streaming movie will “see the iconic alien hunter being thrust into different timelines and locations in three separate and violent interactions with humans across history, including Viking radiers, the samurai and ninja of feudal Japan, and Allied fighter pilots during WWII.”
Official Synopsis:
The anthology story follows three of the fiercest warriors in human history: a Viking raider guiding her young son on a bloody quest for revenge, a ninja in feudal Japan who turns against his Samurai brother in a brutal battle for succession, and a WWII pilot who takes to the sky to investigate an otherworldly threat to the Allied cause. But while all these warriors are killers in their own right, they are merely prey for their new opponent – the ultimate killer of killers.
Dan Trachtenberg, who directed Prey, co-directs the animation alongside Josh Wassung (from animation company The Third Floor), with a script penned by Micho Robert Rutare, and it is reportedly inspired by Netflix‘s Arcane series.
After Killer of Killers, the Predator returns to the big screen with Predator: Badlands, also directed by Trachtenberg and stars Elle Fanning (A Complete Unknown) in the lead role and will reportedly see the alien be the film protagonist rather than antagonist. The film opens against another 80s remake in Edgar Wright’s The Running Man starring Glenn Powell, but of course, things could change.
Predator: Killer of Killers debuts on Hulu on June 6th.
