New Tully Trailer A Modern Day Mary Poppins Save Charlize Theron

Next month Jason Reitman’s Tully will arrive in UK and Irish cinemas, a story about Motherhood in 2018. Ahead of the film’s release Universal Pictures has released a second UK Trailer.
This week Disney may have revealed the return of one of their iconic characters, Mary Poppins. Charlize Theron may well be saved by a modern day young nanny played by Mackenzie Davis
You would think after taking on Russian Spies, Huntsmen, took on the ‘family’ and warlords but Motherhood seems to trouble the most. Sleepless nights, constant crying and poo nappies she struggles in dire need of help or some escapism. She may not have a carpet bag or umbrella our Titular character comes with a Mary Poppins aura. She gives Marlo (Theron) that boost she desires and in current times society sometimes sees asking for help as a ‘weakness’.
This looks a lot more mature in tone compared to previous Reitman/Diablo Cody films. The humour is slightly darker, it also played at Sundance Film Festival leaving with some strong reviews. Could we be looking at Reitman/Cody’s best film to date?
A new comedy from Academy Award®-nominated director Jason Reitman (“Up in the Air”) and Academy Award®-winning screenwriter Diablo Cody (“Juno”). Marlo (Academy Award® winner Charlize Theron), a mother of three including a newborn, is gifted a night nanny by her brother (Mark Duplass). Hesitant to the extravagance at first, Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully (Mackenzie Davis).
