New Lightyear Third Trailer Goes To The Future and Beyond!

We’ll say it again and again until we see it, we cannot wait to see Lightyear, we’re not alone in our excitement. Disney have notched everyone’s anticipation for the film with a new Third UK Trailer. In that new promo Buzz’s infamous ‘Infinity and Beyond‘ slogan comes into effect as that beyond is into the future!
Chris Evans voices the astronaut that inspired the legendary space ranger from Toy Story. This new trailer does one thing is reveal more of the adventure out titular character finds himself in. Lost in space, even stranded on a planet for over a year, does it also reveal, the antagonist too?
What we learn he’s marooned on an alien planet 4.2 million lightyears away all thanks to a hyper speed flight. Will he ever find his way home? There is one thing that will try stop him and that’s Emperor Zurg, who has been mentioned several times in Toy Story films.
The big question can this film capture the magic that made the Toy Story franchise so special? Despite this new trailer unearthing some big reveals, this teases that it might just!

The definitive origin story of Buzz Lightyear, the hero who inspired the toy, “Lightyear” follows the legendary Space Ranger after he’s marooned on a hostile planet 4.2 million light-years from Earth alongside his commander and their crew. As Buzz tries to find a way back home through space and time, he’s ed by a group of ambitious recruits and his charming robot companion cat, Sox. Complicating matters and threatening the mission is the arrival of Zurg, an imposing presence with an army of ruthless robots and a mysterious agenda.
The rest of the voice cast includes Keke Palmer, Dale Soules and Taika Waititi. Also Uzo Aduba, James Brolin, Mary McDonald-Lewis, Efren Ramirez and Isiah Whitlock Jr.
Pixar‘s Lightyear will be released in the UK and Ireland along with the USA from 17th June.
