Meet Hank In New Finding Dory Clip

Next Month the long awaited sequel to classic Disney Pixar animation Finding Nemo, Finding Dory will grace our cinema screens. Today we get our first clip where Dory seems to be trapped in a tank but will she escape? find her family? They always say you meet friends in the strangest places and in this short clip Dory meets a new friend, meet Hank the Octopus!

Disney-Pixar‘s Finding Dory welcomes back to the big screen everyone’s favourite forgetful blue tang Dory (voice of Ellen DeGeneres), who’s living happily in the reef with Nemo (voice of Hayden Rolence) and Marlin (voice of Albert Brooks). When Dory suddenly re that she has a family out there who may be looking for her, the trio takes off on a life-changing adventure across the ocean to California’s prestigious Marine Life Institute, a rehabilitation center and aquarium. In an effort to find her mom (voice of Diane Keaton) and dad (voice of Eugene Levy), Dory enlists the help of three of the MLI’s most intriguing residents: Hank (voice of Ed O’Neill), a cantankerous octopus who frequently gives employees the slip; Bailey (voice of Ty Burrell), a beluga whale who is convinced his echolocation skills are on the fritz; and Destiny (voice of Kaitlin Olson), a near sighted whale shark. Deftly navigating the complex inner workings of the MLI, Dory and her friends discover the magic within their flaws, friendships and family.

It’s hard to believe it’s 13 years since Finding Nemo was out but Dory certainly looks like it hasn’t lost any of it’s charm. Plenty of familiar faces but also plenty of new ones too that will keep fans young and old excited to enjoy this family adventure.

Finding Dory will swim into UK&Irish cinemas on 29th July.however on 18th June at Edinburgh Film Festival the film will make its UK Premiere. Good chance this will sell out, so purchase your tickets here. Film also stars Bill Hader, Kate McKinnon, Dominic West, Idris Elba and Ed O’Neill.
