Jena Malone Has ‘Bad Thoughts’ In Consecration UK Trailer

Vertigo Releasing have released the UK Trailer for Unholy indie horror Consecration. Starring Jena Malone, who seems to have ‘bad thoughts’, does that make her a bad person?
Directed by British genre filmmaker Christopher Smith (Creep, Triangle, The Banishing). This made it’s UK premiere at FrightFest Glasgow in 2023 and now it’s making it’s Digital debut next month.
In Consecration, Grace (Malone) learns about her brother (Steffan Cennydd) a priest has died. Suspicious of how he died she heads to a covenant in Scotland to find out the truth. A move that will take her down an rabbit hole of sacrilege and a dark truth about herself.

After the suspicious death of her brother, a priest, Grace goes to the Mount Saviour Convent in Scotland to find out what really happened. Once there, she uncovers murder, sacrilege and a disturbing truth about her own past.
This one also stars Danny Huston (The Aviator, Children of Men, 21 Grams),Thoren Ferguson (Emmerdale, Vigil), Will Keen (Operation Mincemeat, Victor Frankenstein), and Dame Janet Suzman (The Crown, Antony and Cleopatra).
Consecration is coming to Digital Platforms in the UK and Ireland on 16th June .
