Christmas might be the  next big day to ā€˜special’ shopping, ARROW Video are looking towards 2025. January will be an even colder month, at ARROW it will be full of ā€˜Basterds’ in ā€˜Inglorious’ 4K!

kick off January 2025 with Quentin Tarantino’s electrifying WWII thriller Inglourious Basterds on Limited Edition 4K UHD and Limited Edition Blu-ray. With an cast that includes MĆ©lanie Laurent, Brad Pitt, Michael Fassbender and Diane Kruger. Brim-filled with shocking violence, thrilling action and excruciating suspense, and was a box office smash around the world, garnering eight Academy AwardĀ® nominations, with Christoph Waltz winning Best ing Actor for his star-making turn as the chilling SS Col. Hans Landa. Witness the war as it might have been in stunning 4K Ultra HD, packed with the expected explosive extras, we expect from ARROW Video.

Who is Keyser Soze? It’s one of the best neo-noir’s from the 1990’s The Usual Suspects and you can find out Limited Edition 4K UHD and Limited Edition Blu-ray. This arrived amidst the wave of neo-noir thrillers that swept American cinema in the 1990s. Very impact as this hugely entertaining masterwork, which revolutionised the genre, and a cast including Gabriel Byrne, Chazz Palminteri, Kevin Spacey and Benicio del Toro, The Usual Suspects is an unmissable entry in the canon of American indie cinema.

Next in January, Rampo Noir on Limited Edition Blu-ray, with four filmmakers from completely different backgrounds bringing their radically personal takes to the stories of Japan’s celebrated master of the macabre, Edogawa Rampo (Horrors of Malformed Men, Blind Beast). Produced by the same team behind Ichi the Killer and Uzumaki, and with a cast featuring some of Japan’s top stars, including Tadanobu Asano (Maboroshi, Silence) and Ryuhei Matsuda (Blue Spring, Gohatto), Rampo Noir is a stylistic tour-de-force that vividly evokes the ā€œerotic grotesqueā€ worlds created by Japan’s pioneering proponent of horror and mystery fiction.

Kick-off the new year with a ā€˜lost’ cult classic starring Uncle Bill Shatner, Incubus. Leslie Stevens’ unique monochrome marvel Incubus, beautifully restored on Limited Edition 4K UHD and Limited Edition Blu-ray. Starring a pre-Star Trek William Shatner as a soldier encountering demonic seductresses, this is an eerie and unforgettable American folk horror from the creator of The Outer Limits. Scripted in the obscure Esperanto language, and stylishly filmed in Big Sur and other California locations by cinematographer (and future Academy Award winner) Conrad L. Hall.

Tarsem Singh’s grotesque and visually sublime The Cell on Limited Edition 4K UHD and Limited Edition Blu-ray. This was Singh’s debut feature starring Vincent D’Onofrio and Jennifer Lopez after years in music videos and commercials.Taking the audience on a journey through the bizarre worlds inside the mind of a killer. The Cell is a gripping, edge-of-the-seat thriller, filled with jaw-dropping imagery that will entrance and unsettle in equal measure. The 2-disc UHD release includes brand new 4K restorations of both the 107-minute Theatrical Cut and the 109-minute Director’s Cut.

Finally in January The Gift, Sam Raimiā€˜s powerful drama that combined the spooky underpinnings of his early work with a supernatural thriller. Coaxing nuanced performances from a star-studded cast including Cate Blanchett, Greg Kinnear, Katie Holmes, Keanu Reeves and Hilary Swank. Just made right before a certain web-slinger finally catapulted Raimi from the cult fringes onto Hollywood’s A-list, The Gift is an underappreciated but vital entry in his filmography that is ripe for reappraisal with this brand new 4K remaster.

After a brutal massacre on a cargo ship off the coast of Los Angeles leaves 27 men dead, Special Agent Dave Kujan (Chazz Palminteri) interrogates one of the only two survivors, small-time con artist Verbal Kint (Kevin Spacey). During the interview, Kint tells Kujan of how he was recruited by the fearsome crime lord Keyser Sƶze to commit a series of daring heists with four other crooked misfits: Dean Keaton (Gabriel Byrne), Mike McManus (Stephen Baldwin), Fred Fenster (Benicio del Toro) and Todd Hockey (Kevin Pollak). But as Kint’s of the events leading up to the massacre becomes more convoluted, Kujan becomes increasingly sceptical and determined to discover the identity of the elusive Keyser Sƶze.

Japanese New Wave auteur and longtime director of the Ultraman series Akio Jissoji (This Transient Life, Mandala) harnesses his distinctive stylistic sheen in his story of a mad mirror maker, ā€œMirror Hellā€. ā€œCaterpillarā€ sees the singular vision of cult director Hisayasu Sato (The Bedroom, Naked Blood) at its most grotesque, in his portrait of a wounded war veteran who returns from the frontline as little more than a bloody torso, helpless to defend himself against the increasingly perverted caprices of an embittered wife. Finally, a famous actor is subjected to the obsessive attentions of her limo driver in ā€œCrawling Bugsā€, the directorial debut of internationally acclaimed manga artist Atsushi Kaneko (Bambi and Her Pink Gun).
