In Rocketman Clip Reginald Is Good Enough For Scholarship

we’re only a few days away from the cinematic release for Rocketman, the fantasy biopic for Sir Elton John. Today have a new clip which sees us go back to when Sir Elton was Reginald Dwight.
In the short clip entitled ‘Good Enough for a Scholarship‘, young Reginald finds out from his piano teacher he’s got talent. That much talent he’s good enough to get an scholarship at the Royal Academy For Music! His Mother Eileen (Bryce Dallas Howard) looks to be more interested in her fashion magazine. However when Reginald’s father appears (Steven Mackintosh) she’s certainly a lot more enthusiastic than him about the news…

Based on a true fantasy, ROCKETMAN is an epic musical fantasy about the incredible human story of Elton John’s breakthrough years. The film follows the fantastical journey of transformation from shy piano prodigy Reginald Dwight into international superstar Elton John.

ROCKETMAN also stars Jamie Bell as Elton’s longtime lyricist and writing partner Bernie Taupin, Richard Madden as Elton’s first manager, John Reid, and Bryce Dallas Howard as Elton’s mother Sheila Farebrother.
Rocketman also stars Jamie Bell, Richard Madden, Gemma Jones and Bryce Dallas Howard. The film will arrive in the UK and Ireland from this Wednesday 22nd May 2019 with the USA on 31st May.
