Hollywood has been warning us for decades humanity will face machines in battle one day. Technology is already expanding and in the second gorgeous The Creator UK Trailer, it will be humanity versus AI.

20th Century Studios have released a new full trailer for Gareth Edwards new sci-fi thriller. From this promo and the previous one we can clearly see Edwards is one of the best when it comes to world building. Hopefully this film will have narrative to back it up, visually he’s bringing beauty to the chaos of an post apocalyptic world.

The film stars John David Washington (Tenet), Madeleine Yuna Voyles along side Gemma Chan, Allison Janney, Ralph Ineson, Ken Watanabe, Sturgill Simpson, and Marc Menchaca.

In this one we follow Joshua (Washington), who is an ex-special forces man  looking for ‘The Creator’.  The one who is responsible for the AI  and the creation of a weapon that could end the war for good. Joshua is also grieving for his missing wife ( Chan) whom he blames for her disappearance.

Great to see someone make something epic that’s not an franchise, fingers cross it will deliver.

The Creator will be released in UK, Irish and U.S cinemas from 29th September.
