Hairbrushes At The Ready To Sing ROCK OF AGES Gets First TV Spot

It was only a few days ago we where building cities with Rock&Roll with the new extended second trailer for Adam Shankman’s ROCK OF AGES, we didn’t even notice that the film’s first TV Spot appeared online without notice. Fear not the tv spot is below and does show off some new footage which I’m sure will have us singing in the cinemas world wide when it’s released June 15th. I can see a Mama Mia type vibe here, however it may not have the same appeal over every age group as did Mama Mia  but more by the people who loved the rock / glam metal music of the era netherless it does look a fun film overall.

Rock Of Ages is perfect tonic for a couple of hours escapism. The film stars also Tom Cruise,Julianne Hough,  Paul Giamatti, Diego Boneta, Alec Baldwin, Russell Brand, Malin Akerman, Bryan Cranston, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Mary J. Blige.

Rock of Ages tells the story of small town girl Sherrie and city boy Drew, who meet on the Sunset Strip while pursuing their Hollywood dreams. Their rock ‘n’ roll romance is told through the heart-pounding hits of Def Leppard, Joan Jett, Journey, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison, Whitesnake, and more.
