There Goes The Neighbourhood In New Godzilla UK Trailer

What’s that roar you hear in your neighbourhood? You’ll have no idea what’s coming as Gareth Edward’s Godzilla returning to the big screen as the New UK Trailer stomps online.
The world’s greatest cinematic monster is returning this summer in the mortal words of Bryan Cranston’s character determined to send us back to the Stone age. Idris Elba delivered the motivational speech in Pacific Rim, Bryan Cranston has the job in Godzilla though this isn’t really a speech more of ‘tell us the truth’ plea. No one realises the threat humanity faces, as cinematic history has proven gojira’s scale is no small matter.
What we’ve learned from this new trailer and the previous one Edward’s Godzilla doesn’t seemed to be based around the legendary Toho features but in lines of a monster of destruction. If your a fan of those features we can only dream that those other legendary monsters like Mothra may appear we can live in hope!Ken Watanabe character does pay homage to the Toho legend with a “In 1954, we awakened something” line.
The trailer delivers more new footage as well as setting up the film’s locations as well as delivering the scope of the reboot as this trailer is all about the monster. There was talk of Frank Darabont working on revisions and one revision teases us that the origins of Godzilla from nuclear leaks have been tweaked, this is a retelling however!
Synopsis

Here’s a new offical poster for Godzilla which showcases the grand scale of the monster and how easily he dwarves the cityscape as well as the destruction. What we do like amongst the chaos there’s still veil of mystery as Gojira has his back turned to us.
