Get Spooked At The First Look At Ghost Stories Teasers And Posters!

The Brain sees what it wants to see and next April it will want you to see Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson‘s Ghost Stories. After a successful world premiere at the BFI London Film Festival earlier this month, Lionsgate Films are eager to kick off the cinema promotion.
What better time to launch, the day before Halloween and they want us totally spooked launching three new Teaser Trailers plus a set of posters.
The Teasers aren’t your ‘traditional’ type of trailers, more teasing 3 different ‘hauntings’ (stories) that will feature in the movie. The early reviews signal a critical success and the teasers suggest the movie hits the right fear moments. Taking a skeptic (Nyman) and see him getting his beliefs challenged and those 3 teasers are from those files. Amazing to think this movie started life as an awarding winning stage play, proving done right a theatre production can be adapted to the screen. It’s all about our primal fears and tapping into them rather than creating a fictional character like Michael Myers terrorising us.
Phillip Goodman, professor of psychology, arch-skeptic, the one-man ‘belief buster’ – has his rationality tested to the hilt when he receives a letter apparently from beyond the grave. His mentor Charles Cameron, the ‘original’ TV parapsychologist went missing fifteen years before, presumed dead and yet now he writes to Goodman saying that the pair must meet. Cameron, it seems, is still very much alive. And he needs Goodman to find a rational explanation for three stories that have shaken Cameron to his core. As Goodman investigates, he meets three haunted people, each with a tale more frightening, uncanny and inexplicable than the last.
Ghost Stories will arrive in UK and Irish cinemas from Friday 13th April.
Starring Martin Freeman, Alex Lawther, Andy Nyman, Paul Whitehouse, and Kobna Holdbrook-Smith.
