The Dinosaurs Returns In First Trailer For Jurassic World: Rebirth

Universal Pictures has today launched the first trailer for their big summer sequel Jurassic World: Rebirth, and you can watch it below!!
Seen as a “soft reboot”, Rebirth is scripted by David Koepp, who wrote the original film for Steven Spielberg in 1993. The cast for the new film is led by Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Jonathan Bailey (Wicked) and Oscar Winner Mahershala Ali (Moonlight). Rupert Friend, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Ed Skrein, Luna Blaise, and David Iacano co-star.
“You’re in a new place, you don’t know what’s around the corner. You’ve got a different jungle, you’ve got more water, you’ve got higher cliffs,” producer Frank Marshall told Vanity Fair recently. “There’s a little bit of everything that’s scary.” Add to that a new array of creatures literally engineered to trigger fight or flight.”
Director Gareth Edwards (The Creator, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) added: “Jurassic Park is a horror film in the witness protection program,” Edwards adds. “Most people don’t think of it like that. We all went to see it as kids. But I was scared shitless, to be honest, when I was at the cinema watching the T. rex attack. It’s one of the most well-directed scenes in cinema history, so the bar’s really high to come on board and try and do this.”
Official synopsis:
Five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion, the planet’s environment has shown itself to be mainly inhospitable to dinosaurs. The survivors now live in remote tropical regions with conditions similar to those in which they were formerly abundant. Zora Bennett (Johansson), a covert operative, is hired to work with paleontologist Dr. Henry Loomis (Bailey) and team leader Duncan Kincaid (Ali) on a top-secret mission. Their goal is to locate the three largest creatures within the tropics and acquire their DNA, which contains the key to a drug that will miraculously save human lives.
Jurassic World: Rebirth will be released in cinemas on July 2.
