First Look At Johnny Depp In Day Drinker
Production has started on Marc Webb‘s Day Drinker in Spain and Lionsgate Films have released a first look image at Johnny Depp.
After the high profile legal battles with his ex-wife Penélope Cruz, Madelyn Cline, Manu Rios, Juan Diego Botto and Anika Boyle. Depp, and Cruz have all worked together on four occasions Blow, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and Murder on the Orient Express.
Day Drinker is all about a private yacht bartender (Cline) who meets a mysterious guest (Depp) onboard. Both soon find themselves entangled with a criminal (Cruz) who is connected in ways no one expected.
Not much is known about the film, will be interested to see how people will react to Johnny Depp after his troubles. Many still divided on what they think of him despite the final verdict. Webb himself will be hoping to rise up after the disastrous Snow White…

Lionsgate presents in association with 30WEST and Media Capital Technologies, a Thunder Road production in association with IN.2, a Nostromo Pictures production.
There is no word on exactly when Day Drinker will be released and what format. Probably expect early 2026.
