Been a while since we’ve had a popular or kids game that has been adapted into a feature film. Next Summer (2019), Playmobil will be hoping everything will be ‘awesome’ and we get a first look Image at that film. The toy may not be those little Danish toy bricks, German to be precise, some see the toys like the Lego rival in certain ways. The world is expansive and the toys are known around the world, now they have a film coming soon.
Anya Taylor Joy stars as Marla who must go on a quest of the lifetime to find her disappeared Brother. She wants to bring him home and Daniel Radcliffe will help her on her quest…

When her younger brother Charlie (Gabriel Bateman) unexpectedly disappears into the magical, animated universe of PLAYMOBIL®, unprepared Marla (Anya Taylor Joy) must go on a quest of a lifetime to bring him home.
As she sets off on a fantastic journey across stunning new worlds, Marla teams up with some unlikely and heroic new friends – the smooth-talking food truck driver Del (Jim Gaffigan), the dashing and charismatic secret agent Rex Dasher (Daniel Radcliffe), a wholehearted misfit robot, an extravagant fairy-godmother (Meghan Trainor) and many more.
Through their vibrant adventure, Marla and Charlie realize that no matter how life plays out, you can achieve anything when you believe in yourself!
The film will also star the voices of Anya Taylor Joy (Split), Gabriel Bateman (Annabelle), Jim Gaffigan, Adam Lambert (Glee), Kenan Thompson (Saturday Night Live), Meghan Trainor.
Playmobil is set to be released in UK and Irish cinemas from 9th August 2019.
