Don’t Turn Megan Fox On In Subservience UK Trailer

Vertigo Releasing have released the UK Trailer for sci-fi horror Subservience starring Megan Fox. Pardon the expression, whatever you do do not turn Megan Fox on!
The film is directed by S.K. Dale who directed the 2021 thriller Till Death which also starred Fox. The film is plugging into a fear of something that society is concerned about, AI. Slowly the technology is creeping into everyday life despite the protests by some. Will the robot take over our lives?
In Subservience, a struggling father buys a domestic AI (Fox) when his wife becomes ill. As ever things start great, quickly the AI gets obsessed with her owner only to try ‘eliminate’ those who pose a threat to her owner.
This film looks to play on those fears, tensions and AI has advantages but at this stage too many negatives. So do we call Megan Fox, M3gan Fox?
A struggling father, played by Michele Morrone (The Next 365 Days) buys a domestic AI (Megan Fox – Transformers) to help run the household. But the situation soon turns deadly when the lifelike robot develops an obsessive attachment to her new owner. Driven by a twisted sense of loyalty, she becomes determined to eliminate what she perceives as the true threat to his happiness: his family.
This one stars Michele Morrone, Madeline Zima, Atanas Srebrev, Andrew Whipp, Matilda Firth, and Kate Nichols. Subservience will be released on Digital platforms from 13th September with TVOD from 20th September in the UK and Ireland.
