Dazzler Media has released the UK Trailer for retro action comedy Dick Dynamite: 1944. The trailer teasing ‘Grindhouse cheese’ and if you don’t know his name…You don’t know dick!
Jalmari Helander‘s Sisu is one of the most recent grindhouse homages which played on the gore and the action. Robbie Davidson‘s Scottish version does that but with more comedy and plenty of cheese.
Dick Dynamite: 1944 stars Gary Snars Allan as our hero Dick who leads his rag tag soldiers. In a mission to stop Nazi scientists unleashing a serum that will turn humanity into flesh eating zombies.

In the dying days of World War II, Nazi scientists hatch a desperate plan to turn the population of New York into flesh-eating zombies. The only man who can stop them is Dick Dynamite, a cigar-chomping, Panzer-crushing, muscle-bound one-man army. Together with his colourful team of foul-mouthed mercenaries, Dick will have to kill his way through ninjas, cyborgs, bikers, mummified snipers, and everything else the German war-machine, led by the heinous Colonel Maximillian Schtacker, throws in his path. Killing is his business, and in ’44, business is good.
Featuring of hard ’n heavy bands like The Exploited, Biohazard, Queens of the Stone Age, Suicidal Tendencies, Sleaford Mods, Agnostic Front, Rancid, Gorilla Biscuits and many more, Dick Dynamite: 1944 is a retro-inspired love-letter to pulpy, gory action mayhem.
The film also stars Irvine Welsh, Olly Bassi, Shaun Davidson, Mark Burdett, Adam Harper, and Valerie Birss. Dick Dynamite 1944 will be released on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital from 5th May.
