Crunchyroll Unveil English Dub Trailer For Solo Leveling

The beloved Korean manhwa Solo Leveling, is heading to Crunchyroll in 2024. The Anime streaming service have revealed the English dubbed Trailer and news fans can catch 2 new episodes on the big screen in December!

Written by Chugong and illustrated by DUBU (REDICE Studio), will be adapted into an anime series by Japanese studio A-1 Pictures. Highly anticipated, the show will be one of the flagship titles of the next season.

Whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, but in Sung Jinwoo’s case, whatever killed him made him stronger. After being brutally slaughtered by monsters in a high-ranking dungeon, Jinwoo came back with the System, a program only he could see, that’s leveling him up in every way. Now, he’s inspired to discover the secrets behind his powers and the dungeon that spawned them.

The anime series Solo Leveling is adapted from the best selling Korean web novel written by Chugong, which was later adapted into a webtoon and manhwa in 2018, with illustrations by DUBU.

Solo Leveling is animated by acclaimed A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online), with motion graphics by Production I.G (Attack on Titan, PSYCHO-). The series is directed by Shunsuke Nakashige (Sword Art Online). Additional staff credits include music by Hiroyuki Sawano (Attack on Titan) and TOMORROW X TOGETHER (K-pop band), character design by Tomoko Sudo, and monster design by Hirotaka Tokuda.

The voice cast (Japanese/English) will be Taito Ban / Alek Le (Song Jinwoo), Gent Nakamura /Justin Briner (Jinho Woo) and Haruna Mikawa / Rebecca Wang (Sung Jinah). Reina Ueda / Michelle Rojas (Cha Hae-In), Daisuke Hirakawa / Ian Sinclair (Choi Jong-In), Hiroki Touchi / Christopher R.Sabat (Baek Yoonho). Along with Banjo Ginga / Kent Williams (Go Gunhee) and Makoto Furukawa / SungWon Cho (Woo Jinchul).

There will a special premiere screening of the first two episodes in London’s Leicester Square, Cineworld on 13th December. Also is (Paris – Le Grand Rex – 11th) and (Berlin – Colosseum – 12th), Tickets are now on sale here.

If you can’t make any of the special screenings, Solo Leveling will premiere on Crunchyroll in January 2024.
