Colleen Hoover’s It Ends With Us Gets First Trailer

When it comes to romantic films there 10 a penny. Justin Baldoni‘s It Ends With Us, the subject matter is controversial.
Today Sony Pictures have released the first UK Trailer for this popular Colleen Hoover book adaptation. The book became very popular via TikTok, as it deals with domestic violence and abuse. The book did open the door to more novels and looking at the trailer this looks faithful to the book.
It Ends With Us stars Blake Lively as Lily Bloom, a woman with a traumatic past, living the dream with her own business. A chance meeting with the charming Ryle (Baldoni) quickly blossoms into a romance, an old love comes back into Lily’s life upending her relationship with Ryle.
No matter how uncomfortable things maybe, it’s good highlight love unfortunately comes with some ugly sides.
IT ENDS WITH US, the first Colleen Hoover novel adapted for the big screen, tells the compelling story of Lily Bloom (Blake Lively), a woman who overcomes a traumatic childhood to embark on a new life in Boston and chase a lifelong dream of opening her own business. A chance meeting with charming neurosurgeon Ryle Kincaid (Justin Baldoni) sparks an intense connection, but as the two fall deeply in love, Lily begins to see sides of Ryle that remind her of her parents’ relationship. When Lily’s first love, Atlas Corrigan (Brandon Sklenar), suddenly reenters her life, her relationship with Ryle is upended, and Lily realizes she must learn to rely on her own strength to make an impossible choice for her future.
The film also stars Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, Amy Morton and Brandon Sklenar. It Ends With Us arrives in UK and Irish cinemas from 9th August.
