‘What is your type‘? It’s the burning question they in the International (UK) Trailer for Celine Song‘s Materialists. Dakota Johnson might be the ‘perfect matchmaker’, so how does she find herself in a love triangle?
For a while now we’ve been enjoying the North American promotion for the film from A24 Films. Now it’s time for the UK marketing train from Sony, which also comes with a New Poster and news the film is heading our way in August!
We mentioned Johnson finds herself in a love triangle that includes Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans. The Materialists marks Song‘s second feature film (the first being Past Lives). Once again we find ourselves set in New York City, which ambitious matchmaker Lucy (Johnson). She spends her time finding the perfect other half for her clients, what about herself? She’s torn between that charming perfect match and her ex.

This film also stars Zoë Winters, Marin Ireland, Dasha Nekrasova, Louisa Jacobson, Sawyer Spielberg and Eddie Cahill. Materialists will be released in the UK and Ireland on 15th August by Sony Pictures Releasing (13th June in the U.S by A24).
