Caleb Landry Jones Is Off The Leash In Luc Besson’s Dogman UK Trailer

It’s been four years since Luc Besson has released a film. Next month that will change with Dogman with Caleb Landry Jones let off his leash, watch the UK Trailer.
This is a pulpy thriller come revenge thriller with Landry Jones as Doug, a troubled man who finds salvation through his canine friends. Dogman is inspired by a shocking real life story, is a wonderfully styled excursion into the wild world of dog-loving Doug, packed with deliriously exciting set pieces, brutal moments of violence and, of course, an irresistible cast of loveable mutts.
Luc Besson’s films are very unpredictable nowadays. Same can be said about the box office power of the films, which seem more home release than a cinematic release. This looks gritty and very violent, Landry Jones does those complicated characters really well. Will this be any good?
As a child, Doug’s abusive father made him live in the family kennel, where he developed a strong bond with the dogs. As a wheelchair-adult he is a loner, running a stray dogs’ home, and pursuing his love of theatre and cabaret. He also helps to right wrongs – with his crack team of canine companions – in the harsh and corrupt city. When the state department suddenly closes down his animal shelter, and a ruthless mobster he has crossed seeks revenge, it looks like a brutal day of bloody reckoning is at hand for Doug and his faithful friends.
The film also stars Christopher Denham, Marisa Berenson, Michael Garza, Clemens Schick and Jojo T. Gibbs. Dogman will be released on Digital Platforms from 11th March.
