Asif Kapida’s 2073 Gets A ‘Spine-Chilling’ UK Trailer

Altitude Films have released a ‘spine-chilling’ UK Trailer for Asif Kapida‘s sci-fi Documentary 2073.
The Oscar winning British filmmaker is renowned for his wealth of Docs that include Senna, Amy, Diego Maradona to name a few. In 2073 the film will be a docu-drama with Samantha Morton starring in the sci-fi drama part of the film. We find her surviving in the near dystopian authoritarian future the world is destroyed by the climate change. The film mixing history, facts, possibilities which are causing the crises and making things worse.
How impactful will 2073 be? That might be up to you or what you believe in.
Robert Ewing watched the film at BFI London Film Festival last month. Robert said the film ” It paints a very bleak and accurate picture of the current state of the world that is hard not to get invested in“.

2073 will get a limited UK and Irish cinema release on 1st and 2nd January 2025 (with Kapida Q&A).In the U.S Neon will release the film theatrically on 27th December.
