Bleach 14 Part 2 [rating=4]1/2

Ichigo vs Aizen: let the showdown for the sake of the two worlds begin! Humans and Soul Reapers realize their powerlessness against the astonishing might Aizen obtained through the Hogyoku. They once again owe their salvation to Ichigo, back from his training between worlds.

This box came in three DVDs
We start off with two fillers which provide nothing for the story but a little bit of insight.
The after that however from there onwards we get back to what we all want to see; Ichigo vs Aizen. It’s an exciting battle and even the events that lead up to it in the first dvd where Ichigo battles Zangetsu to learn the final level of Getsuga Tenshou. It is definitely a must see. The fight between Aizen and Ichigo starts and ends in DVD 2 and I tell you all right now I may be revisiting that disk more because the fight was truly something. The third and final disc was disappointing it was simply filler, compared to the adrenaline rush we get from the fight, it pales in comparison.

Bleach is one of my all time favourite Anime, but with the amount of filler that is put in it is definitely not my number one — but it is Top 5 worthy.

I’ll break it down as I usually do based on: Plot, Characters, Fighting, Bonus (Usually I do animation too, but I’m going to leave that out.)

The plot I’ll give a half mark, based on how much filler we have. Don’t get me wrong the filler is okay, but it’s not what I’m watching Bleach for. If we could take all the filler and put it into a side series like a Slice of Bleach I’d watch it. Aside from filler the storyline progresses neatly and we see a few twists.

Characters I’ll give full marks to, we see the development of several characters inside Bleach 14 Part 2 even inside some of the filler, we see the characters develop a little bit. We see twists and turns that some might not have been fully expecting

I’ll jump to bonus features now simply because there are no marks going for it.
It was appalling that so little features were given to us. Trailers for the same Anime we see on the start of every disc.

The fight scenes I’m giving double if not triple marks.
We are on the edge of our seats as the fighting commences, staring in awe as the final showdown plays through, even the twists of the plot happen in fight scenes.
It’s everything we come to expect from Bleach but much more.

I’ll be giving Bleach 14 Part 2 4.5 stars I’ll be definitely watching it again.
