A New Gripping Black Doves Trailer Teases Kiera Knightley Is ‘Unforgiving’

We’re only a couple of weeks away from Netflix launching Black Doves Season One. Ahead of the global premiere we get a final gripping Trailer that shows Kiera Knightley is ‘unforgiving’.
The UK based Spy thriller which ironically set during Christmas is creating a big buzz. That big it’s already been renewed for a second season, fast becoming a must watch next month.
Next to Knightley, Ben Whishaw and Sarah Lancashire, the cast also includes Andrew Buchan, Adeel Akhtar. Along with Tracey Ullman, Finn Bennett, Luther Ford, Andrew Koji, and Kathryn Hunter. Sam Troughton, Ella Lily Hyland, Adam Silver, Ken Nwosu, Gabrielle Creevy, and Omari Douglas.
In Black Doves we follow Helen Webb (Knightley), a wife to a high end politician and dedicated mother. For nearly 10 years she has been a spy for a shady group including handing over her husbands secret data. Things get crazy when Helen’s lover is shot, pushing her on a path of revenge.
I think we can say Christmas/Boxing day viewing has been sorted?

Set against the backdrop of London at Christmas, BLACK DOVES is a sharp, action-filled, and heartfelt story of friendship and sacrifice. It follows Helen Webb (Keira Knightley), a quick-witted, down-to-earth, dedicated wife and mother — and professional spy. For 10 years, she’s been ing on her politician husband’s secrets to the shadowy organisation she works for: the Black Doves. When her secret lover Jason (Andrew Koji) is assassinated, her spymaster, the enigmatic Reed (Sarah Lancashire), calls in Helen’s old friend Sam (Ben Whishaw) to keep her safe. Together, Helen and Sam set off on a mission to investigate who killed Jason and why, leading them to uncover a vast, interconnected conspiracy linking the murky London underworld to a looming geopolitical crisis.
Black Doves will be streaming globally on Netflix from 5th December.
